BEA BEROY
In April 2017, Bea Beroy begins her new project in MAYFLOWER, an emblematic flowershop of Travessera de Gràcia in Barcelona with over 60 years of history.
Marking this her second flower shop, Bea began her journey by opening a small flower shop in the city centre of Mataró when she was 25 years old, after studying a BEng in Agricultural Engineering and getting further education in the Catalan Floral Art School; where later on she would teach as the Chief of Education for 21 years.
With over 30 years of experience as a florist, Bea Beroy has led different major projects in the past making her a national and international reference within the floral art sector.
Bea has also taken part in different floral art festivals both in Spain and across the world.
Some of these include Girona Temps de Flors, El Festival de la Rosa, Doué-the-Fontaine Piver-Diere and the 10th Orchids Festival in Sanya, China.

Today, Bea is the owner of MAYFLOWER and co-owner of 5 Sentits, a pioneer company that offers training and freelance services to other professionals of the sector. She also works regularly in collaboration with FLOOS and Flower Factor, and every year carries international masterclasses in different countries of Asia.
During the past few years, she has been a co-writer in several books like Barcelona Arquitectura Floral and FLOOS 1, and is a brand ambassador and designer for the online magazine Floral Fundamentals.
